Job Description:

• Support daily network operations together with Team Lead and Level 2 team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, OS, and software issues.
• Handle issue escalation and provide 2nd level support when needed.
• Monitor and report network utilization.
• Support internal users and external vendors on technical matters.
• Maintain technical documentation and update ticketing system.
• Assist with audit activities and technical projects.
• Provide backup support for team members during leave periods.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and technologies such as:

Cisco IPTel

Routers

Switches

Firewalls

MPLS

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of network support experience.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP routing and network troubleshooting.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work extra hours when required.
• NETSCOUT experience is highly preferred.
