Responsibilities
Duties
- Create CNC programs, plan tooling & fixture for Mill & Turn machining
- Generate routing processes in ERP system
- Estimate machining cycle time each routing processes
- Perform technical planning and specification of the production process
- Production schedule, loading & capacity
- Liaise with customers for technical and specification require
- Establish PMP (Process Management Plan) as per customer requirements
- Analyze existing capacity & resources and propose for optimizing utilization
- Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures
- Review existing processes and establish the best machining processes
- Propose new ideas for continuous improvement
- Mastercam / Solid cam
- Min. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision Engineering
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering field preferred
- Strong in technical skill and able to read mechanical drawing
- Possess knowledge of CNC & CAD programming, Solidwork/Solidcam, Mastercam
- In-depth knowledge of machining processes
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Handles multi-tasking and stress well
