Responsibilities

Job Title: Office Admin Assistant

Location: Plaza Damas, Sri Hartamas

Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500


About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations across multiple small entities and portfolios.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administration and coordination
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and respond to queries (internal & external)
  • Assist in organizing documents and reports
  • Support multiple business entities with admin tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations


Requirements


  • Basic administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple portfolios
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Good communication skills (English & BM)
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn


Working Details


  • Monday to Friday
  • Office-based (Plaza Damas, Hartamas)
