We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the position of HSE Lead to support an upstream Oil & Gas project environment.

The HSE Lead will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental activities for offshore/project operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong offshore operational awareness, leadership capability, and experience supporting upstream project execution.

• Lead HSE implementation for offshore/site activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, procedures, and standards
• Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
• Support incident investigation and corrective action follow-up
• Promote safety awareness and strong HSE culture among project teams
• Monitor permit-to-work activities and high-risk operations
• Coordinate emergency response preparedness and HSE reporting
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on HSE matters

• Minimum 10–15 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
• Strong upstream project exposure
• Proven HSE leadership and regulatory compliance experience
• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
• Valid DOSH Green Book certification (mandatory)
• Able to work offshore
• Offshore project experience is preferred
• Experience in E&P environment is an advantage
• Valid BOSIET certification required
• Relevant HSE certifications are preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate or short notice candidates are preferred
