Astek Malaysia is looking for Marketing Communications Specialist to support our client project based in Kuala Lumpur.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Marketing Specialist
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proficient in content management systems (Drupal, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Take responsibility for creating and managing commercial and operational communications campaigns that support strategic goals.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and communication needs.
• Ensure all communications are well written by carefully reviewing them.
• Build and send communications campaigns.
• Create post-mailing analytics and analyse key metrics such as bounce rate, click rate, and delivery rate to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support the team with content creation and the management of digital marketing channels.
