Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage project from start to closure
• Propose business case, define project goals and budget plan
• Establish project timeline, deliverables and key performance metric
• Perform active project planning and implementation
• Allocate and manage project resources
• Compile and analyse data for strategic decisions
• Collaborate/work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve workflow / processes
• Propose ways to increase efficiency
• Monitor deliverables, implement control, and assess and manage risks
• Ensure smooth day-to-day tasks
• Create reports / presentations, do proactive reporting and provide updates to management

Requirements:

• Graduates with minimum 3 years of working experience who aspire to have a career in healthcare.
• Candidates must be open to be based at Melaka or Johor.
• Master or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 for Science, Information Technology, accountancy, law, economics or any related discipline / field, or MBBS graduates who preferred administrator roles.
