Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to design, configure, test, and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Solution Design

• Participate in the full SAP project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live and post-go-live support.
• Assess business requirements and recommend SAP FICO solutions aligned with project scope.
• Identify and resolve complex business and system design issues through in-depth analysis.

SAP FICO Configuration & Integration

• Configure SAP FICO modules to support business processes and document configuration rationale.
• Support integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as SAP MM and/or SAP SD.
• Develop and maintain master data standards to support SAP processes.

Functional Specifications & Development Support

• Prepare Functional Specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
• Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and data migration.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and integrations.

Implementation & Support

• Contribute to project implementation methodologies and follow ITIL processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and communicate effectively with client teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an SAP environment.
• 3–4+ years in a consulting environment is mandatory.
• Proven experience in 2–3 full end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and integration.
• Experience in testing, data migration, and writing functional specifications.
• Ability to communicate and present confidently to business stakeholders and MNC clients.
• Experience working with multiple clients in a consulting capacity.
• Willingness to learn and support additional SAP modules.
