Full Time Trade Marketing Manager Jobs, in Hegen - Maukerja

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful offline trade initiatives across Singapore. This role is ideal for someone with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management capabilities and a passion for building meaningful retail partnerships that drive brand growth and sales performance.

As part of the commercial team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen Hegen’s retail presence, develop effective trade strategies, and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences across key touchpoints. Your analytical mindset, market insights, and executional excellence will play a critical role in advancing Hegen’s brand visibility and commercial success.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and growth priorities for Hegen’s local market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including department stores and specialty retailers, to drive marketing support, brand visibility and sales performance
• Identify opportunities with retail partners and lead negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes
• Manage trade marketing budgets effectively to optimise spending and maximise return on investment
• Develop and execute trade activation campaigns across existing and new retail channels to drive revenue, profitability and brand exposure
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on new product launches, brand campaigns, pop-ups, baby fairs, and other retail activations, including coordination with vendors and external stakeholders
• Mentor and guide team members in executing channel and retail strategies across all trade channels
• Analyse retail sales performance, campaign results and other commercial metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations
• Drive the development of impactful POSMs, visual merchandising materials and retail displays to strengthen consumer engagement and brand recall

Additional Role Information

This role involves on-ground retail, roadshow, and trade event activities, including extended periods of standing and handling merchandising materials (typically up to 5kg).

Team support and appropriate equipment are provided to facilitate setup and teardown activities. Where needed, reasonable accommodations will be considered in line with operational requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a Trade Marketing role, preferably within Consumer Goods, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries
• Strong understanding of the Singapore retail landscape, with established industry networks and partnerships being advantageous
• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across internal and external stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into effective in-market execution
• Confident communicator and negotiator with strong influencing skills
• Highly organised, meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities
• Agile, hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
