Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Contract Duration: 9 Months
Salary: $15/hr
Job Responsibility:
Ensure asset records match actual items through checking, tracking, and verification before approvals and coordination with relevant teams.
Handle asset disposals by obtaining approvals, coordinating removal or sale, and updating records accordingly.
Assist in gathering requirements for renovation and new tenders
Support other estates-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Basic understanding of asset or inventory management
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Prior admin or estates experience is an advantage
