Job Description

Responsibilities

Summary:


Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. In addition, provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of billing processes, etc



Key Accountabilities:


Self-Development:

Active participation in Learning & Development Activities

  • Attend training 40 hours per year.


HSE:

Inculcation of Safety and Compliance Culture

  • Participation in HSE programs/trainings.


Support on New Bids and Ventures:

Support Project/Department Managers via cost or manhour reports, providing estimation and creating required cost codes in SAP and Pacific.

  • Prepare reports for Project Managers and Department Managers.
  • SAP and Pacific codes creation.


Governance and Financial Management Finance:

Support Finance in month end and budget requirements.

  • Meet finance requests for month end closing accruals and project progress reports. Quarterly forecasts and budget.
  • AP & AR related work raise SOs and monitor collection; invoice processing/review in AIPS, payments.


Manage Pacific and manhours back charge:

  • Timesheet governance review and make necessary updates, obtain approvals for chargeable hours, provide guidance to new joiners.


Others:

Any other duties/ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.



Requirements:


Educational Qualifications/ Professional Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Finance


Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in project accounting / finance
  • Conversant with personal computing software, an advanced Excel use with experience of using SAP requirements will be a bonus
  • Candidates from nonoil and gas industry are welcome to apply
  • Added advantage: Experience in FPO / FPSO/ EPCIC Contract
