What You’ll Be Doing (Your Creative Playground)

This isn’t a “schedule posts and hope for the best” role. You will:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that actually make sense (not just noise)
  • Create content across platforms – LinkedIn, email, website, maybe even that one idea you’ve been waiting to try
  • Onsite events and conferences across SEA – from creation of banners, booths preparations, to digital announcements
  • Turning learning, HR, and tech concepts into relatable, human stories
  • Manage and optimise social media presence with intention (not just frequency)
  • Analyses campaign performance and tweak like a curious scientist, not a robot
  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align messaging with real client needs
  • Support branding efforts – tone, voice, visuals, consistency (yes, details matter)
  • Experiment. Some ideas will fly; some will flop. Both are welcome.


What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for “10 years’ experience at age 23”. We’re looking for someone who gets it – or wants to.


You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have a background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (content, social, email, analytics)
  • Can write clearly, thoughtfully, and with personality (no corporate robots, please)
  • Are resourceful – you figure things out even when the brief is a little blurry
  • Have high EQ – you understand people, not just platforms
  • Can think out of the box (and sometimes question why the box exists at all)
  • Are comfortable balancing creativity with structure and deadlines
  • Pay attention to details, but don’t lose the bigger picture
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar
