Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO KOFAX Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling modules along with hands-on experience in KOFAX invoice automation and document management solutions. The candidate will be responsible for SAP FICO configuration, business process analysis, integration, support, and automation of financial workflows using KOFAX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP FICO Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Bank Accounting
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Work on SAP financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Perform requirement gathering and gap analysis with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and support Technical Specifications (TS).
  • Configure validation/substitution rules and automatic account determination.
  • Support integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
  • Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
  • Conduct SIT/UAT testing and defect resolution.

KOFAX Responsibilities

  • Configure and support KOFAX invoice processing/workflow solutions.
  • Work on OCR-based invoice capture and document automation.
  • Design and maintain approval workflows for AP automation.
  • Integrate KOFAX with SAP for invoice posting and validation.
  • Troubleshoot invoice exceptions and workflow issues.
  • Support document scanning, indexing, and archival solutions.
  • Optimize AP automation processes and improve processing efficiency.
