Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working hours: Monday-Thursday (8.30am to 5.45pm), Friday (8.30am to 5.15pm)
Working Location: NTU/NIE
6 Months Contract
Job Responsibilities:
Process claims and invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper documentation, funding checks and policy compliance.
Handle manual and system claims, invoice processing and discrepancy follow-up.
Review and process purchase requests and support procurement documentation compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve procurement and payment queries.
Provide administrative and finance support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to internal controls.
Requirements:
Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in relevant field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to commit to a 6-month appointment.
