The Digital Creative Executive is responsible for designing innovative apparel graphics, delivering creative assets across print, in-store, and digital platforms, and supporting product lifecycle management. This role blends apparel design expertise with graphic creative design skills, ensuring Mizuno's brand identity is consistently expressed through products, campaigns, and consumer touchpoints.
Apparel Design
Conceptualize and design apparel graphics for SMU collections and seasonal ranges.
Prepare print-ready artwork and tech packs for production, collaborating with HQ Apparel team, vendors, and factories.
Apply forecasting, color palettes, and consumer insights to apparel design.
Ensure apparel designs align with Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, campaign visuals, and product storytelling.
Contribute to the design and development of Mizuno-specific apparel ranges, ensuring relevance to market trends and consumer needs.
Creative & Graphic Design
Develop creative assets for print, in‑store displays, and digital campaigns.
Manage product imagery, catalogues, and archived asset libraries.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to deliver integrated head-to-toe concepts (apparel + footwear).
Contribute fresh design ideas and storytelling elements to strengthen Mizuno’s creative identity.Product Management Support
Track and report customer buying patterns, highlighting best‑selling products and emerging trends.
Provide data analysis to inform SMU design and seasonal planning.
Deliver accurate reporting and organized documentation, with strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a focus on apparel and graphic design.
Creative mindset with the ability to balance brand consistency and innovation.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to interpret sales reports, buying patterns, and trends to inform SMU design decisions.
