Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the branding and business development teams to develop and grow the company’s presence on Lazada across different markets.
- Develop, plan, and execute Lazada-focused e-commerce strategies, including platform campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and capture the youth market.
- Collaborate with Lazada account managers, service providers, and platform partners to optimize store performance and campaign participation.
- Drive product performance on the Lazada marketplace, ensuring strong product visibility, competitive positioning, and sales growth.
- Plan and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to drive traffic to the Lazada store and increase conversion rates.
- Manage daily Lazada store operations, including product listings, content updates, stock availability, pricing, and order fulfillment coordination.
- Monitor and analyze Lazada sales data, traffic performance, and campaign results to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Support the development of pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies to maximize sales performance on Lazada.
- Improve and streamline operational processes and tools to enhance Lazada store scalability and efficiency.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales support on the Lazada platform to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years experience in managing Lazada marketplace operations is an advantage.
- Familiar with Seller Center, campaign participation, and platform tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
