We’re looking for a dedicated Reservations Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth reservation experiences and delivering exceptional support across phone, email, and fax.

• Manage reservations by handling pre- and post-booking inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Assist customers with requests, modifications, cancellations, and special arrangements
• Coordinate with hotels and guests to fulfill unique requests and resolve issues
• Act as liaison between guests and hotels to address complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with hotel partners through excellent customer service and account support
  

• Strong communication skills in English and other required languages
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
• Problem-solving ability and a sense of responsibility
• Independence paired with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Experience in customer care, internet services, or the hotel industry
• Flexibility to adapt to monthly rotation schedules or business needs
