Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of retail outlets into premium hypermarket formats
- Oversee end-to-end upgrade initiatives including store layout, renovation, merchandising, and systems enhancement
- Curate and manage high-end product assortment aligned with premium supermarket standards
- Drive improvements in store presentation, customer journey, and overall retail experience
- Develop and standardise operational processes across outlets to meet premium benchmarks
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, merchandising, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Build and strengthen the brand positioning from mass market to premium retail segment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably from premium hypermarket / supermarket environments
- Strong experience in store setup, renovation, layout planning, and merchandising strategy
- Exposure to upgrading or repositioning retail formats (mass to premium) is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially driven with good business acumen
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple outlets/projects simultaneously
