Responsibilities

This is a performance-based advisory role supported by structured training, mentorship, and clear productivity milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage individuals and families to identify basic financial protection and planning needs through guided conversations.
  • Learn and apply foundational advisory skills via structured training and mentoring.
  • Build professional discipline through consistent monthly client activations and case submissions.
  • Manage client servicing, documentation, and follow-ups independently.
  • Participate actively in academy training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
