Position Overview
Responsible for providing administration support and clerical duties to the Plant, Building and Facilities department.
Responsibilities
- To key in and print out the Purchase order and Goods Receive Note (GRN) in SAP system.
- To send the Purchase Order and Goods Receive Note (GRN) to the Purchasing department.
- To key in Purchase Order and; GRN info in document transfer logbook and make sure the receiver sign the logbook.
- To record Purchase order No, Quotation No, Delivery order No, Invoice No, GRN No and date creation for traceability purpose.
- To do Gemba walk on daily basis at OP1, OP3, OP4, OP5, Packing, FGS and Prima 98 and record finding in MDI 1 action log.
- To key in Job request in MDI 1 action log.
- To key in a facility work order in the SAP system.
- To prepare monthly summary expenses report of Factory and Store.
- To prepare monthly work order report.
- To provide expenses and work order report when requested.
- To maintain proper control for filing system, record, and documents.
- To prepare duty roaster and summary overtime and submit to People and; Culture department.
- To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
Education
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalents.
Experience
- Satisfactory working experience in clerical works.
Skills
- Computer application- MS Office and SAP System.
- Good understanding of filing system and procedure.
- Good communication skill.
- Analytical skills.
