Requirements

Essential: 

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience. Experience selling specifically to HR/L&D departments or navigating GLC/MNC procurement is a strong advantage. 
  • Track Record: Proven history of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts. 
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM. 
  •  Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. You must be a proactive problem solver. 

Personal Attributes: 

  •  Driven, passionate, and a "go-getter" attitude. 
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  •  Attention to detail. 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a commercial-minded Senior Client Engagement Executive to join our energetic team. This is a hybrid role for a professional who thrives on balance: 60% of your focus will be on nurturing relationships with our existing top-tier clients, and 40% will be dedicated to identifying new business opportunities. You will be the face of Thriving Talents to HR and L&D Managers across SMEs, GLCs, and MNCs, helping them solve their talent gaps with our world-class solutions.

1. Business Development  

  • Identify and engage L&D and HR Directors within SMEs, GLCs, and MNCs to uncover training needs.  
  • Pitch and present proposals to new prospects, converting them into long-term clients.  
  • Understand the nuances of selling to different sectors (e.g., procurement processes for GLCs vs. agile decision-making in SMEs).  
  • Identify new business opportunities within your assigned portfolio.  

2. Account Management & Retention  

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.  
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the training delivery process.  
  • Propose new programs and modules to existing clients based on their evolving needs.  

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration  

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and R&D departments to ensure seamless delivery of training solutions.  
  • Collaborate with R&D to provide market feedback for the development of new training ideas and modules.  
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required
