Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Petaling Jaya, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The role involves executing and managing strategic marketing campaigns, engaging with clients and customers, performing direct sales, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also provide customer insights, develop relationships, mentor team members, and support the training and performance of sales teams. Collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing goals is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Sales and a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Experience in Training and developing team members effectively
• Skills in Sales Management, including goal setting and performance monitoring
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in face-to-face sales, event marketing, or promotional activities is advantageous
