We are currently seeking a Accounting Assistant to support the daily administrative and finance operations of our Singapore subsidiary, ensuring accuracy, organization, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and administrative operations of the Singapore office.
• Assist with invoicing, supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Support monthly closing activities and coordination with external accounting, payroll, and tax advisors.
• Maintain and update administrative and financial records and databases.
• Support office administration, reporting, and internal coordination between departments.
• Ensure proper organization, accuracy, and confidentiality of company documentation and information.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields.
• Experience: Previous experience in administration, finance support, accounting assistant, or similar roles.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
