About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Secretary to CEO to support a fast-moving entrepreneur managing multiple businesses and projects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, problem-solving, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, so the ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism is essential.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team on a wide variety of operational, administrative, and coordination matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and reminders
Coordinate internal and external communications professionally
Handle administrative and operational tasks assigned by the CEO
Follow up with staff, clients, vendors, and partners on pending matters
Assist in organizing meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistics
Maintain proper filing and documentation of important records
Prepare simple reports, letters, presentations, and meeting notes when required
Coordinate across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are tracked
Assist with business operations and day-to-day coordination matters
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support the leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and operational requirements
Requirements
