We are seeking passionate and driven Software Engineers to join our growing team. We are looking for hands-on developers who enjoy building efficient systems, solving technical challenges, and collaborating within Agile environments. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Lead in guiding the team through scrum processes, tasks, and collaboration with users and customers
• Build efficient software programs and systems based on user requirements
• Support software enhancements and system configurations
• Develop well-designed, testable, and efficient code that meets Software Quality Assurance standards
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting
• Perform validation, verification, and user acceptance testing
• Conduct External System Integration testing
• Deploy software applications and evaluate user feedback

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring boot, and Git
• Familiarity with DevOps is an advantage
• Hands-on programming experience with a passion for coding
• Ability to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive Can-Do attitude
• Able to mentor and guide team members
• Preferably 4+ years of experience in software engineering
