Job Summary:
The Production Executive is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless business operations, and assisting management in driving organizational efficiency. The role demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support – Oversee office supplies, vendors, scheduling, correspondence, and record management.
2. Operations Management – Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow, monitor daily operations, and support compliance.
3. Employee Support – Handle onboarding, employee records, leave/attendance, training, and engagement activities.
4. Procurement – Manage purchase requests, reimbursements, and vendor contracts.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in administration or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and office management tools
