General Responsibilities
The Mission (Your Key Focus):
  • Digital Order Management
  • The Digital Bridge: Use SAP and automation platforms to process healthcare orders with speed and precision.
  • Command Centre: Sync up with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain high-quality documentation for traceability—essential in the healthcare industry.
  • Omnichannel Customer Support
  • Problem Solver: Engage with customers across email, phone, and digital portals. You’ll be solving puzzles and providing solutions, not just reading scripts.
  • Process Improver: Notice a way to do things faster using tech? We want to hear your ideas to help us work smarter, not harder.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases and escalate urgent needs proactively.


Who We’re Looking For:
