Job Description

• In charge of A/P, A/R and Issuing payments, assist with month/year end G/L closing entries and audit schedule preparation
• Handle quarterly GST Reporting for main company and handle full set of accounts for subsidiaries
• Handle admin, payroll & HR functions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance & Accounting with Good Working attitude
• Minimum 2 years related working experience
• Knowledge of NAV software programme will be an advantage
• Knowledge of MOM guidelines will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and ability to work and communicate with all level business partners & external auditors
• Strong team player, self-motivated, detailed oriented, proactive and independent
