Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and provide strategic recommendations
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and data-driven assessments
• Develop reports, presentations, and business proposals for stakeholders and clients
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Support business development activities including proposal preparation and client presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of consulting, advisory, or relevant industry experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or strategy consulting is an advantage
