Full Time Senior Promoter - Lepapa, Lawas Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Acetalent Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Descriptions :

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Supervise and train junior retail staff on product knowledge, customer service standards, and store procedures.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory levels, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional activities, sales events, and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines at all times.

Requirements :

• Preferably 2 year experience in retail.
• SPM or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• Having a great personality and able to lead a team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
