Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and sales team.
  • Coordinate with customers on orders, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Follow up on order processing and delivery arrangements.
  • Ensure proper documentation for orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Maintain project files and related documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock records.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on administrative matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
