Job Responsibilities:
- Good customers service – provide excellence and professional service to customers.
- Interact effectively with customer in delivering product information and completing sales transactions.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Responsible in outlet operation tasks such as cashiering, stock management, merchandising, etc
- Recommend products according to customer needs.
- Creative display of products according to market trend.
- Maintain a pleasant shopping environment by ensuring a clean, tidy, and well organized display
- Provide an accurate and appropriate wholesome solution to customers.
- Continuous learning and improvement on product knowledge.
- Handle in administration and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with Bachelor degree in retail management/ business/ science
- Good communication skills
- Customer- friendly
- Positive working attitude with good learn spirit
- Candidate will experience in retail will be added advantage
