Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (SEM, paid social, EDM, SMS, SEO/retargeting).
- Manage content calendars, e-commerce platforms, and social media presence.
- Drive acquisition and engagement across digital and offline channels.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Implement loyalty and CRM strategies to boost customer retention.
- Leverage automation tools for customer lifecycle marketing.
- Personalize customer journeys using behavioral data and segmentation.
Branding & Communications
- Support consistent brand voice across marketing touchpoints.
- Create marketing content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for high-impact campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, CRM dashboards) to track campaign performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Run A/B tests and improve ROI of marketing activities.
Member Growth & Loyalty
- Develop and execute strategies for member acquisition and loyalty program performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on acquisition and retention KPIs.
- Monitor sign-ups, active user rates, and churn to drive improvements.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Ops, Merchandising, IT) and agencies.
- Assist in leading junior staff or interns if applicable.
- Take ownership of marketing initiatives from brief to execution.
Requirements:
- Age between 28–40 years preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tech stacks.
- Solid understanding of retail/grocery consumer behavior and buying journeys.
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Retail, grocery, or FMCG marketing background.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience managing loyalty programs or app-based marketing strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
