Manage the daily operations of Shopee and Lazada stores, including product listing/delisting, content optimization, pricing updates, and inventory management.
Support the Store Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and platform promotions to improve store visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze store performance data, prepare operational reports, and provide recommendations for performance improvement and sales growth.
Handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer inquiries to maintain positive customer experience, store ratings, and platform performance metrics.
Monitor platform updates, promotional activities, and policy changes across Shopee and Lazada to ensure compliance and timely campaign participation.
Coordinate closely with internal teams including customer service, warehouse, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Shopee and/or Lazada store operations with good understanding of marketplace backend systems.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle basic business communication and customer inquiries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with basic data analysis and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
