Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for about 300 headcount accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all payroll data is complete and correct.
  • Process statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD, PCB and ensure timely submission.
  • Handle payroll variations such as overtime, allowances, unpaid leave, new joiners, resignations, and other adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports, bank files, statutory forms, and year-end reporting requirements.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage employee queries related to payroll and provide clear, professional support.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll information at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in medium to large organisations.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll regulations and statutory deductions.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a professional working attitude.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
