As we continue to grow our community both online and offline, we are looking for a Customer Success & Community Executive who genuinely loves people, hospitality, and creating meaningful experiences. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about turning everyday customer interactions into memorable moments.
This role plays an important part in ensuring our guests feel heard, valued, and connected to the Kenny Hills experience through thoughtful engagement, customer support, events, and community initiatives.

Job scope includes but not limited to;

- Be an ambassador of the Kenny Hills culture and customer-first philosophy
- Support the team in achieving Customer Happiness & Community KPIs and goals
Customer Success
- Deliver excellent customer service across all customer touchpoints
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback across platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, TripAdvisor, email, etc)
- Escalate customer concerns appropriately and support resolution processes
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and guest satisfaction
- Support the implementation of customer engagement initiatives and “Red Carpet Experience” moments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback trends
- Assist in gathering customer insights and feedback for operational improvements
Community & Engagement
- Support the growth and engagement of the Kenny Hills community online and offline
- Assist in managing community interactions across social media platforms
- Build warm and positive relationships with customers, guests, influencers, and partners
- Support the planning and execution of community events, launches, pop-ups, workshops, and collaborations
- Coordinate event logistics and assist during on-ground activations
- Assist in sourcing and managing community partnerships and collaborations
- Help maintain community calendars, engagement plans, and outreach activities
- Support ambassador and influencer coordination where needed
- Encourage community participation through meaningful engagement and content ideas
- Assist in preparing basic reports on customer feedback, engagement, and event outcomes
Brand & Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure community communication reflects the Kenny Hills tone, culture, and brand values
- Assist in creating a welcoming and engaging experience during events and activations
- Support ad-hoc customer happiness and community-related initiatives when required
Who we are looking for;

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
