Full Time Proton Parts Assistant (ProAuto Petaling Jaya) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Pro Auto Drive Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and storage activities, including planning service parts orders, conducting weekly and monthly stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and preparing required reports.
• Oversee receiving and storage operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
• Process daily parts orders in a timely manner.
• Handle documentation and maintain an organized filing system.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping of parts storage areas.
• Provide regular updates to Service Advisors on parts availability and arrival status.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in automotive parts handling or as a Parts Controller is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability in managing inventory.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
