Full Time Warranty Assistant, Service Department (ProAuto_Petaling Jaya) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in Pro Auto Drive Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
• Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
• Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
• Ensuring that documents and customer service records are accurate, organized and well-maintained.
• Keeping up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Liaising with manufacturers.
• Negotiating deals on behalf of customers and the organization.
• Handle general administration tasks, not limited to issuing quotations, debit notes, receipts, cover notes and policies, submitting daily collections, performing commission recoveries and commission payables, policy cancellation submissions, etc.
• Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management / superior.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
• At 1 year's experience in administrative services or related fields.
• Experienced in Warranty field is preferred.
• Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
• Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
• Willing to work at Petaling Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
