Job Description

• Greet customers warmly, coordinate service appointments, and gather accurate vehicle details.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer concerns, obtaining approval for additional repairs when necessary, and explaining repair orders and service procedures clearly.
• Prepare repair quotations, update customers on estimated completion timelines, and manage payment transactions.
• Ensure vehicles are completed and delivered within the promised timeframe.
• Perform final inspections and quality checks before releasing vehicles to customers.
• Support aftersales activities including service campaigns, fix-it-right initiatives, customer follow-ups, parts backorder coordination, and regular updates on ongoing major repairs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management or immediate supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SKM Level II, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent certification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Salary package will be determined based on qualifications and working experience.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-friendly personality.
• Positive attitude, able to work well in a team, and eager to learn.
• Possess own transport and a valid Class D driving license.
• Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage.
• Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
