Job Responsibilities
- Register patients and manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle front desk duties and respond to patient enquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, medical equipment, and instruments before and after use.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, dispensing medication as instructed, and simple wound dressing.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including stock checking and replenishment of medical supplies.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and general administrative duties.
- Provide professional, friendly, and compassionate care to all patients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification; certification in a related field will be an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Clinic Assistant.
- Responsible, caring, and able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
