Full Time Operations Officer - Import-Export-Offshore Trading Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in EPS Ventures Federal Territory - Maukerja

Position: Officer / Deputy Manager (Chemical Business Division)

Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily business operations related to trading activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and logistics partners (e.g. freight forwarders), including effective negotiation.
• Oversee and expand existing business portfolios, including stock operations and trading of chemical or industrial products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, including import, export, and offshore trading activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely business and operational reports.
• Handle credit line matters, including monitoring and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong academic results, preferably Second Class Upper (CGPA 3.00 and above).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in trading companies.
• Experience in import/export/offshore trading, preferably in chemical, plastics, or industrial products industry.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Malaysian citizen.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
