Position: Officer / Deputy Manager (Chemical Business Division)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily business operations related to trading activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and logistics partners (e.g. freight forwarders), including effective negotiation.
- Oversee and expand existing business portfolios, including stock operations and trading of chemical or industrial products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, including import, export, and offshore trading activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely business and operational reports.
- Handle credit line matters, including monitoring and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong academic results, preferably Second Class Upper (CGPA 3.00 and above).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in trading companies.
- Experience in import/export/offshore trading, preferably in chemical, plastics, or industrial products industry.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Malaysian citizen.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
