We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support business operations, gather requirements, and help improve processes through data-driven insights and structured problem-solving.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to analyze business needs, document requirements, and support initiatives that improve efficiency, performance, and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze workflows, systems, and operational processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Support solution design discussions and documentation
• Assist in identifying business improvement opportunities

️ Process Improvement & Operations Support

• Identify inefficiencies in business processes
• Support process redesign and optimization initiatives
• Assist in developing SOPs and workflow documentation
• Monitor operational performance and support improvements
• Contribute to productivity and efficiency initiatives

Data & Reporting Support

• Analyze basic business and operational data
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Track KPIs and key business metrics
• Support decision-making with simple insights
• Ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, IT, finance, and business teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions
• Support communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Coordinate tasks and follow up on project deliverables
• Contribute to a collaborative and solution-focused environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile or project tools is a plus
