Full Time Cloud Project Manager Jobs, in Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

On behalf of World famous company, Huawei, we are hiring a Cloud Project Manager who will be responsible for leading end-to-end cloud project delivery, managing stakeholder communication, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are achieved, and driving successful implementation of cloud infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.

Job Responsibility:

Project Management:

• Develop detailed project plans with clearly defined timelines, deliverables and success criteria.
• Manage full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Track and report progress to leadership and stakeholders, managing risks and resolving issues.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the implementation process.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, operations, cybersecurity and business units.

Technical Oversight:

• Work closely with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with private cloud standards (e.g. OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes).
• Ensure infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD integration, identity management and compliance frameworks are in place.

Vendor and Resource Management:

• Coordinate with vendors, cloud service providers and third-party integrators as needed.
• Manage internal and external team resources to ensure workload balancing and task completion.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Oversee adherence to data sovereignty, privacy and security requirements.
• Ensure all activities comply with enterprise policies and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or software deployment projects, with at least 3 years in cloud environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• Hands-on familiarity with private cloud technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, Red Hat, Nutanix).
• Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies; hybrid delivery model experience is a plus.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC), containers, automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and service orchestration.
