Qmed Asia is looking for passionate and motivated interns to join our Operations team. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to healthcare technology implementation, Smart Ward operations, and digital health projects in real hospital and healthcare environments.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in digital health, healthcare technology, operations, project coordination, and system implementation. Medical or doctor qualifications are not required.

You will work closely with operations, product, technical, and healthcare teams to support the coordination and implementation of digital health solutions across hospitals and healthcare facilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing Qmed Asia’s digital health solutions in hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Support Smart Ward, Smart Queue, and digital healthcare workflow coordination
  • Assist with healthcare system and medical device integration projects
  • Coordinate with hospital stakeholders including administration, nursing, IT, and support teams
  • Support onboarding and basic training for healthcare users and staff
  • Assist in testing and monitoring digital workflows to ensure systems function properly
  • Help prepare SOPs, workflows, reports, and user guides
  • Support coordination between operations, product, technical, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in hospital visits, project briefings, and meetings
  • Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and communication
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, Biomedical, Healthcare Management, or related fields
  • Internship students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Interested in digital health, healthcare technology, or operational project environments
  • Willing to learn and work in hospital or healthcare settings
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment
