About the Role:

Reporting into senior leadership, this role partners closely with executives to translate strategy into execution, ensure disciplined delivery of priority initiatives, and manage large-scale, cross-border programs that shape the future direction of the business.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment—working across functions and geographies in a fast-paced, senior-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Executive Support

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to a senior business leader on strategic and operational priorities
  • Prepare structured analysis, executive briefs, and decision papers to support leadership decision-making
  • Translate high-level strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and execution roadmaps
  • Drive progress across critical enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Shape executive communications, including leadership messages and senior forums


Project Management & Integration

  • Lead and coordinate critical business initiatives, including post-merger or complex integration programs
  • Define project structures, milestones, governance frameworks, and reporting cadence
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams
  • Track interdependencies, risks, and progress; proactively address issues to ensure on-time delivery


What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Background

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, PMO, or similar roles
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-level, cross-functional programs
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in M&A integration, transformation, or complex change initiatives
  • Strong exposure to senior stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication


Capabilities & Attributes

  • Background in strategy or management consulting (corporate or top-tier firm preferred)
  • Prior experience in a Chief of Staff or equivalent role supporting senior executives
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks, PMO methodologies, and performance tracking tools (e.g. OKRs, RAID logs, dashboards)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity within fast-moving, senior environments
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
