- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Manage project governance and reporting activities.

- Lead implementation and enhancement of:

- Regulatory Reporting Systems
- Digital Transformation Initiatives
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, development teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
- Conduct project meetings, steering committee sessions, and status updates.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with:
- Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines
- PayNet standards
- Security and audit requirements
- Internal governance policies
- Maintain proper project documentation and audit trails.
Vendor & Resource Management
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and system integrators.
- Coordinate procurement and contract-related activities.
- Monitor vendor deliverables and SLA performance.
- Manage internal project resources and cross-functional teams.
Testing & Deployment
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment.
- Ensure successful release and implementation activities.
- Support post-production stabilization and issue management.
- Ensure smooth transition to support and operations teams.
PMO & Reporting
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive summaries.
- Track project KPIs and financial metrics.
- Support PMO governance and portfolio reporting activities.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
