We're looking for an E-commerce & CRO Executive to own two critical things: keeping our Shopify storefront polished, fast, and high-performing, and running conversion tests that turn more visits into happy customers.


You’ll manage everything from product drops to homepage updates, UX tweaks to data deep dives. You’ll also work with our CRO agency partner to run smart, strategic tests that improve how customers browse, decide, and buy. If you're equal parts organised and curious, and you love turning insights into results — this role is for you.

Responsibilities


Shopify Store Management


Monitor and update Shopify channel dashboards and sales reports

Conduct daily hygiene checks across home, collection, and product pages

Create homepage, collection and product copies.

Publish and update homepage content, collections, product listings, and banners

Maintain a consistent and shoppable user experience across devices

Identify and resolve bugs or store performance issues

Collaborate with creative and product teams to launch new SKUs and promos

Recommend improvements to navigation, layout, or product content


Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)


Monitor and update CRO dashboards (e.g., heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings, test results)

Analyse sales data, behavioural analytics, customer feedback and product reviews to uncover optimisation opportunities

Research CRO best practices from top-tier DTC brands

Ideate, plan and propose CRO experiments across web UX, messaging, layout and CTAs

Build, execute and QA CRO tests using testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Convert, Intelligems)

Analyse results and translate findings into actionable insights

Manage and liaise with our CRO agency partner to coordinate testing roadmaps


Requirements


1–2 years of experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms

Experience with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, Varify, Intelligems, or Shoplift

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, Shopify analytics, and data visualisation tools

Experience in using AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT for content creation and analysis.

A deep understanding of the e-commerce customer journey and UX best practices

Knowledge in SEO/AEO/GEO principles and best practices.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong operational skills

A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, Shopify Liquid experience, or light coding skills

Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or ClickUp
