Full Time Vendor Management Specialist Jobs, in R Systems Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

R Systems Malaysia is looking for an experienced Vendor Management professional to support a major procurement system transformation project.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Contract Duration: 6–9 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Go-Live Preparation

• Clean up existing P2P system and prepare open PO lists for migration

• Verify and reconcile migrated data in Oracle Fusion (OF)

• Extract valid Group IT Contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs)

UAT Preparation & Execution

• Prepare UAT test cases for Sourcing, Contracts, and PR/PO issuance

• Create IT Contracts and SOWs in Oracle Fusion

• Draft end-to-end SOPs and conduct procurement training for Group IT Project Managers

• Develop standard communications and RFx templates for sourcing events

• Compile catalogue items for creation in Oracle Fusion

• Support vendors during onboarding to the supplier portal

Operational Support

• Manage post-Go-Live queries from vendors and internal stakeholders

• Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely vendor payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, IT, Supply Chain, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Data Cleansing, Reconciliation, and Data Migration

• Strong understanding of procurement and contract frameworks

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
