Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. An Electrical Engineer is responsible for developing designs for complete and complex engineering systems, structures and plant arrangements independently with minimum supervision. Plans and executes the presentation of these systems in graphic form or in detailed scale models. Has good knowledge of industry and regulatory standards and codes. Position requires sound comprehensive knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawing, CAD/Revit, computer model work, and reading of drawings.

Qualifications

Work with the Lead Electrical Engineer to establish a way forward, engineeringwise for a particular project. This involves understanding various requirements to form the Basis of Design.

Design and Perform calculations for HV, MV and LV electrical systems for infrastructure and building projects, including Power Distribution Systems, Lighting, Operational Controls and Alarms and Grounding Systems

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computergenerated reports.

Ability to work as a team player and interact well with others

Be able to form working relationship with internal and external customers.

Complete drawing/project responsibilities within scope, budget and schedule; review drawings for completeness and accuracy
