We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to support a strategic initiative focused on revamping and enhancing the System Development Methodology (SDM/SDLC) framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication capabilities, and experience in process improvement and consulting-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support the transformation and enhancement of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and governance processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze existing processes and recommend improvements.

Create high-quality presentations, reports, and executive-level documentation.

Drive business analysis activities including requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.

Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify process optimization opportunities.

Perform data analysis and support automation initiatives using VBA and related tools.

Work closely with project teams to ensure successful implementation of process and methodology changes.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process review sessions.

Prerequisites

5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or SDLC transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Advanced PowerPoint and presentation creation skills (consulting-level proficiency preferred).

Experience in data analysis and VBA automation.

Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.

Banking or Financial Services industry experience is highly preferred.

Exposure to large-scale transformation or methodology revamp projects is a plus.
