Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Mandatory skills:

• Deliver Organisation Change Management (OCM) activities for a large-scale transformation programme
• Assess organizational readiness and change impact across impacted stakeholder groups and personas.
• Develop and execute change strategies and plans covering communications, engagement, training, and adoption enablement.
• Track and report on change progress, readiness, and adoption metrics (e.g. CRA results, feedback, adoption indicators).
• Plan and support pre- and post-go-live change activities, including hypercare and adoption reinforcement.

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience delivering OCM on large, complex transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing communications, engagement, training, and enablement strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership, HoDs, and frontline users.
• Experience supporting leaders to play an active sponsorship role in driving adoption.
• Confident facilitator for workshops, briefings, and change discussions.
• Strong planning, organisational, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple change workstreams concurrently.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements.
